How much of my trip is taken care of?

From our first hello until the second you touch the ground at home, we've got your back. We provide comprehensive planning and preparation to travel confidently, including:

Our real value is in how we save you time, stress and frustration in the plan process and while actually in the destination. We also provide invaluable information that often translates into significant savings.

What are the costs for your services?

Our services are generally covered through commissions from suppliers, which are already built into the pricing whether you use a travel agency or not. For custom itineraries and personalized travel planning we charge a planning fee, by doing so we can dedicate the necessary time and attention to detail to curate a personalized itinerary tailored to your preferences. Our planning fees are calculated based on the complexity of the trip and the amount of time we have to plan. Our goal is always to give you the best experience at the best price.

How does the payment schedule work?

During the proposal and quoting stage, I will outline the payment schedule, including the deposit required to secure your booking and the dates and amounts for the remaining payments. This schedule may vary depending on the supplier, and I will align the payment amounts and dates with their specific requirements. Additionally, payment plans may be available to make the process more convenient for you.

How will I receive my travel documents and itinerary?

All your travel documents will be issued electronically through our Trip Plans app. This includes your day-by-day itinerary, vouchers, tickets, and any necessary documents, along with destination suggestions and recommendations. The itinerary is also available offline. If you prefer hard copies, please let me know, but we recommend using the app for real-time updates and important notifications.

How do you handle travel disruptions or emergencies?

Travel can be unpredictable, and unexpected disruptions or emergencies can occur. At Chelax Adventures, we provide 24/7 support to our clients. Whether it's a flight cancellation, a natural disaster, or any other unforeseen circumstance, we're here to assist you. We work diligently to rearrange your travel plans, find alternative accommodations, and ensure you get the help you need quickly and efficiently.

Can you help with travel insurance?

Absolutely! We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment and give you peace of mind.
